Notary

Notary services are no charge if we’re supporting your business with bookkeeping or tax prep services. If you are looking for notary services individually, each document will incur a flat fee of $5.00 with the exception of documents that require a plethora of signatures.

* Under Colorado notary law, CRS 24-21-508, a notary may decline or refuse to perform a notarial act unless refusal is otherwise prohibited by law. When refusing notary service, the notary will not discriminate, decline or refuse a reasonable and lawful notary request.

Training

If you are a small business owner and would rather keep the books balanced yourself, need help with the initial set up of your books or have an employee who needs training to do your bookkeeping, this option is for you!

-Learn the ABC’s of Accounting

-Learn how to navigate Quickbooks Online and/or Quickbooks Desktop efficiently
