Jess is the founder and owner of Premier Bookkeeping Services and a Certified Bookkeeper through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB). With over 13 years of bookkeeping experience, she is passionate about helping small business owners gain confidence in their finances so they can focus on what they do best: running and growing their businesses.

As a wife, mom of four, and former professional photographer, Jess has mastered the art of organization, time management, and attention to detail. Those skills naturally translated into bookkeeping, where accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication are at the heart of everything she does.

Born and raised in Northern Colorado, Jess loves spending time with her family, traveling, and counting down the days until Christmas each year. She believes bookkeeping is about much more than balancing numbers, it's about building relationships and becoming a trusted partner for her clients.

Throughout her career, Jess has worked with businesses of all sizes, from startups to well-established companies. She has extensive experience supporting clients in construction, retail, restaurant, automotive, salon, medical, and other service-based industries. As Business Operations Manager at Premier Bookkeeping Services, Hunter keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From administrative support and client communication to process improvement and day-to-day operations, he helps ensure our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Outside of Premier Bookkeeping, Hunter has built a successful career spanning nearly 20 years in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry. He currently serves as a Territory Sales Manager for Permobil, where he has developed a reputation for building lasting relationships, solving problems, and putting people first.

Those who know him often say his greatest strength is simply being himself: approachable, dependable, funny and someone who genuinely cares about the people around him. His ability to connect with others and his calm, solutions-focused mindset make him an invaluable part of both our business and our family.

He also likes to remind everyone that as the Business Operations Manager, he's officially the B.O.M. ("bomb"). While he may joke that he's the BOM around here, we're happy to let him have that one.
